Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions
-
How old do I have to be?
There is no set age limit for the use of our VR offers. For our multiplayer games, on the other hand, we recommend use from the age of 9 or a minimum height of 1,35 m, as otherwise the movement tracking of the glasses only works to a limited extent and there may be problems with the player's movements.
-
What if I wear glasses?
Even if you wear glasses, you can still use our VR offer. Our headsets are designed to accommodate a pair of glasses. You can wear your glasses and put the VR headset over them. This way you can see the virtual environment clearly.
-
How many people can play?
Up to 8 people can play together in our multiplayer games.
-
How long does a game last?
In the multiplayer games you can choose between 8 minutes and 15 minutes.
-
Do I get instructions?
Of course, you will also be introduced to the games. In addition to the content of the game, we explain the basic movements, interaction possibilities and the operation of the VR controllers.

Can I run into a wall or a partner?
To prevent you from hurting yourself or bumping into walls, our VR goggles use so-called "Guardian" systems. With the help of this system, we have defined a safe play area in which we have set the boundaries of your play area in the real world. When you approach these boundaries, you are warned by visual cues and by physical barriers, such as vibrations in the controllers, to prevent you from running into walls. As for "running against each other", our multiplayer game allows you to interact with the other players as you would in the real world. So you can move towards your partner because you can see each other.

Can I die in the game and am I out?
If you die in the game, you can only continue to act in the game after a certain amount of time. The time span until resurrection varies depending on the level and difficulty. So that you can play quickly, we have set this time span to 3 seconds in the easiest level.
